DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipment processing time
Regular orders are processed within one to two business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within one to two business days upon return. If expedited shipping is available and selected, expedited orders received by 2PM EST (USA) Monday-Friday will ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time will ship out the following business day. If Watershed Innovations is experiencing any delays in processing orders due to an unusually high volume of activity, you will be contacted via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Free ground shipping to U.S. destinations (lower 48 states) is included with our products and packages typically take from 2-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping options will appear during the checkout process when these options are available. Please contact info@hydrabarrier.com for additional information.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon order submission, a shipment confirmation will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Third-party Carriers
Please note that Watershed Innovations utilizes third-party carriers for our shipping. Delivery is dependent upon third party carriers and their ability to deliver orders. Please note that during inclement weather or for other reasons, third party carriers can sometimes be delayed.

Damages
Watershed Innovations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (info@hydrabarrier.com) directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please contact info@hydrabarrier.com for questions about international shipping. All fees imposed during or after international shipping are the responsibility of the customer (i.e. tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURNS POLICY

30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Watershed Innovations product you can return it for a full refund, less the shipping costs incurred on the original product delivery. See Refund Policy for more information.
