Unopened HydraBarrier Standard(s), HydraBarrier Ultra(s), and HydraBarrier Link(s)
All unopened HydraBarrier Standard(s), HydraBarrier Ultra(s), or HydraBarrier Link(s), can be returned it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Opened HydraBarrier Standard, HydraBarrier Ultra, and HydraBarrier Link
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your first opened HydraBarrier Standard, HydraBarrier Ultra, or HydraBarrier Link, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
HydraBarrier Supreme and HydraBarrier Titan
A 30% restocking fee will be deducted for all unopened HydraBarrier Supreme or HydraBarrier Titan products returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Watershed Innovations Warranty Information
HydraBarrier Product Line, HydraBallast, HydraFill
For one year from the date of purchase, Watershed Innovations will repair or replace, at its option, for the original purchaser, any part or parts of its HydraBarrier product line, and related derivatives found upon examination by Watershed to be defective in materials or workmanship. Please email info@hydrabarrier.com or call Watershed Innovations (888) 876-4068 for instructions or see your distributor. Be prepared to provide the receipt of sale and model when exercising this warranty. All transportation charges on products or parts submitted for repair or replacement as well as return shipping must be paid by purchaser. This Limited Warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to operate in accordance with Watershed’s written instructions.
HydraPump Product Line, HydraSorber, HydraTowel, HydraTarp
Watershed Innovations warrant the HydraPump, HydraSorber, HydraTarp and HydraTowel against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for ninety days from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) replace the returned unit with a new or refurbished one, or (ii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, or replacement for the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty days, whichever period is longer. All replaced products for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to components of the HydraPump, HydraSorber ,HydraTowel, and HydraTarp that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair, or commercial use. General Exclusion and Limitations of Liability
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY; IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES WHATSOEVER IS EXCLUDED. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations might not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state. In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall Watershed or its suppliers be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or penal damages including, but not limited to loss of profit or revenues, loss of use of the products or any associated equipment, damage to associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facilities, services or replacement power, downtime costs, or claims of buyer’s customers for such damages. In the event you need to exercise a warranty claim, you must send a copy of the order receipt.
